At Raymond Lee we take customer care very seriously. Our success is dependant on your satisfaction. To acheive this, staff are provided with proper training at each stage of their careers, as well as fair and decent terms and conditions of employment.

We believe in providing a stimulating, enjoyable and dynamic work environment. Which in turn helps to foster and maintain a strong, and well-motivated team, and it is our experience that well motivated staff are more inclined to deliver a higher standard of customer care.

We are concerned about our environment, both globally and locally. We only ever use natural and organic products that are certified cruelty free. When we can, we try to put back something into the local community through charitable work, so for a number of years, the salon has raised money on behalf of Saint Francis, the local hospice.
